Choose & Buy

  • For tips on choosing and combining gemstones, see the article under the menu item "Gemstone Guide". You will find all the information you need there. Can't figure it out? Feel free to fill out the contact form. We are happy to help you. Please note that due to the crowds in our stores and webshop, we cannot provide extensive personal gemstone consultations or advice.
  • You have to enter all discount codes manually. We can't settle them afterwards.
  • Payment can be made in advance using iDEAL, PayPal and various Belgian payment methods.
  • We only deliver to private individuals, so not B2B. Tax-exempt ordering from Belgium is therefore not possible for entrepreneurs or therapists, we are not a wholesaler.
  • We have a large stock, to save time and to be able to send your order quickly, we have pre-packed everything. It is therefore not possible to choose a specific shape and color for you. The stock is many times larger than the items shown in the photo, but those items are representative of the collection.
  • In our stores in Hoorn and Amsterdam you can look, inspect and choose in peace.

Shipping & Shipping Costs

  • We usually ship within 24 hours. Sometimes it takes longer due to busy times in our stores, extra many orders (for example at Christmas or after sending a mailing with a promotion).
  • We ship items that fit through the letterbox the old-fashioned way in an envelope via PostNL. Letterbox post has no tracking link, but you can always contact us to check the status.
  • We send packages with DHL. You will receive a tracking link from DHL.
  • Never enter a service point yourself when filling in your address. You are responsible for providing the correct address information. We accept no responsibility for lost packages or mail that you have delivered to service points, neighbors or BringMe points.
  • Please feel free to inquire about the status of your shipment, but always include your complete and correct address details.
  • Letterbox post sometimes takes longer to arrive due to busy postal services. We hope for your patience and understanding if it takes a few working days longer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All items can be returned within 30 days without giving any reason.
  • You pay the return costs yourself. Small items can be sent in an envelope with a stamp.
  • Please only send returns to our Hoorn location (Grote Noord 1, 1621 KD in Hoorn). Our Amsterdam store does not accept returns by post.
  • You can also return or exchange your items in our stores in Hoorn and Amsterdam. Please note the opening hours and know that we are sometimes unexpectedly closed due to purchasing or a zen day. ;-)
  • After receiving the items, we will refund the purchase amount minus any discounts you may have received to your account within 5 days via the payment method you used when placing your order.
  • Exchanges are not possible. You can order another item yourself.
  • Never send damaged items back. Instead, email us a photo and a clear description of what is wrong.

Authenticity & Quality

  • All gemstones are real and unprocessed, unless otherwise stated. And those otherwise stated, are opalite (synthetic), turqueniet (processed, mixed and pressed) and the aura quartzes (enriched with a titanium coating). All other stones are absolutely real. Bas has been trading in gemstones for 30 years and has reliable purchasing contacts in the Netherlands, India, China, Morocco, Brazil, Bali and Nepal.
  • Read all product descriptions carefully. Gemstones are natural products. This is mainly reflected in irregularities and grooves, differences in colour shades and colour depth (intensity of the colour) and the presence or absence of a unique shine or play of colours. Shapes and sizes may differ slightly from the specimens in the photos.
  • We have a large stock, to save time and to be able to send your order quickly, we have pre-packed everything. It is therefore not possible to choose a specific shape and color for you. The stock is many times larger than the items shown in the photo, but those items are representative of the collection.
