Delivery times PostNL

We are currently noticing that letterbox mail can take a very long time to arrive.

This mainly concerns envelopes. Delivery times of one week are unfortunately not an exception.
As much as 20% of all mail has been significantly delayed, PostNL reports.
This may also mean that it takes longer for you to receive your Aurana order.

We understand that it is annoying when your order is on its way longer than usual. It is beyond our control, but in the end it always works out.

We always resend lost mail free of charge. We think that is only logical and that is what we stand for!
However, to prevent you from receiving your order twice, we are now waiting a little longer on the advice of PostNL.
