This purple-blue gemstone is considered sacred and full of mystical power in many ancient civilizations. Third Eye Activation with Iolite for Spiritual Insight

The iolite stimulates the brow chakra, also known as the Third Eye. This energy center is where your intuition and spiritual sight reside. Spiritual sight is the inner eye with which you think in images, visualize and see visions. By tuning into this chakra and energetically charging it, you can discover new insights and truths. Preparation:

- Make sure you have at least fifteen minutes, preferably a little longer, and that you cannot be disturbed.
- Turn off your cell phone, dim the lights and put on some soft, relaxing music.

Step 1: Relax
- Lie down (on the bed, on the couch, on your yoga mat) and close your eyes.
- Take eleven deep breaths, counting in your mind: three seconds for the inhalation, hold for three seconds, exhale for three seconds, wait for three seconds before the new inhalation. This breathing exercise calms your mental activity. It clears your head and makes you receptive to contact with your soul, with your subconscious and with the spiritual world.

Step 2: Activating the Third Eye
- Open your eyes, take your iolite pendant and place it in the middle of your forehead. If after a few seconds you have the idea that the pendant should be a little higher or lower, then immediately give in to that feeling. This is your intuition speaking to you. Close your eyes again and dive once more into that wonderful feeling of relaxed receptivity.
- Stay calm and breathe deeply, but don’t count anymore. Instead, focus on the sensation of the gemstone pendant making contact with your forehead. Don’t concentrate too much, stay relaxed. Let everything come to you, be as receptive as possible, do not reject anything and do not send anything. Be like a blank canvas on which your intuition can now paint. Stay there for a while, preferably at least ten minutes, but longer is also possible. You will automatically notice when it is right, for example because you get itchy, become restless, suddenly let out a sigh or when your feet spontaneously start to wobble and move. Then remove the gemstone pendant from your forehead and stand up calmly.

Step 3: Capturing and Processing the Experience
- Write down immediately all impressions, ideas, inspirations and any images that you may have received. Everything that has come forward during the Third Eye Activation can be valuable, so write down as much as possible, everything you can remember you can entrust to paper.
- Once you have written everything down, let it go. Continue with your day but keep your heart, eyes and mind open to what you encounter. Literally everything can be a sign from now on, a signal from above that you can trust your intuition and inner vision. Certain encounters, things you see on TV or that people say to you out of nowhere, objects you see on the street, everything can be a confirmation of your inner truth - and everything can suddenly make something from your Third Eye Activation completely clear. You may have had "nonsense" or "illogical" thoughts and impressions during the Third Eye Activation, but be prepared for "coincidences" that can make all this clear to you. So be sharp on what you experience, let life surprise you with clarity and enlightenment!

However, do not do it every day, that is too often. After each session, give yourself the opportunity to interpret the signals of everyday life.
